Le Syndicat, No.84 The World’s 50 Best Bars 2022, It’s all about French ingredients – and hip-hop – at this patriotic Parisian haunt, a regular on The World’s 50 Best Bars list in recent years. This self-described ‘Organisation de Défense des Spiritueux Français’, with its urban, industrial feel and metallic curtains, has been spreading the good word about everything from cognac to Marc de Bourgogne through various inventive menus since it opened in 2014. Recently it took guests on a virtual tour of Paris monuments, creating a different cocktail for each.
