Since opening its doors in 2008, Callooh Callay has become a cornerstone of Shoreditch’s cocktail scene; known for its irreverent charm, hidden nooks, and award-winning drinks that never take themselves too seriously. With every menu, we’ve told a different story. This time, we’re turning the page on flavour.

Inspired by The Flavour Thesaurus by Niki Segnit, our latest menu explores the art of flavour pairing through the lens of cocktail families — the Martini, the Sour, the Spritz, and beyond. But here’s the twist: instead of listing ingredients or styles, each cocktail is named after a flavour itself — from “Peach + Basil” to “Coriander + Mint”, letting you discover how these tasting notes come alive across different drinks.

Think of it as a flavour-first adventure, a boozy reference guide, and a deliciously nerdy love letter to what makes cocktails truly memorable.
