Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, planning a work social, organising a hen party or simply looking for an excuse to gather your favourite people around a bar, we’ll teach you how to shake, stir and sip like the professionals (or at least look convincing).
Expect premium spirits, expert guidance and a hands-on experience that’s every bit as entertaining as it is educational.
No experience? Perfect. Already fancy yourself as the next cocktail legend? Also perfect. Our bartenders will guide everyone through the techniques behind some of our favourite cocktails, sharing a little history, plenty of tips and absolutely no judgement if your first shake looks more interpretive dance than mixology.
Our Shoreditch masterclasses are designed for groups of 2–8 guests, giving everyone plenty of time behind the bar.

Start with a Drink in Hand
Every class begins the proper way—with a welcome cocktail waiting for you.
We’ll introduce the session, run through what you’ll be making and make sure everyone’s suitably hydrated before handing over the shakers.
Over the next hour and a half you’ll discover where your cocktails came from, why they work and, most importantly, how to recreate them yourself.
You’ll learn professional techniques including shaking, stirring, muddling and garnishing before stepping behind the bar to make two cocktails under the guidance of one of our expert bartenders.
It’s equal parts cocktail class, theatre and organised chaos… Mostly organised.
Made for Your Group: Love tequila but never quite understood gin? Prefer something bright and citrusy over sweet and creamy?
With enough notice, we’ll do our best to tailor the cocktails to suit your group’s tastes while keeping a balanced menu that showcases a range of techniques and flavours.
Our Shoreditch cocktail masterclasses are usually hosted in one of our dedicated event spaces rather than the main bar, giving your group plenty of room to shake, stir and inevitably argue over whose cocktail tastes best.
